2007: NYC "Springs to Life" This was the first Winter in my Adult Life that I spent entirely in Manhattan. Having sold my homestead in South Beach I chose to truly re-experience the full effect of seasonal change. After seemingly endless days of cold and bleak, the long-awaited Spring sprang into the lives of inveterate Yorkers with due joy and celebration.
Making my home in the beloved residential area of West Greenwich Village - for decades - I decided to document "Urban Fleurs", the beautification of our neighborhood and city. I consider myself most fortunate to live in a place where the efforts of a great Parks Department and wonderful individuals produce an array of colorful natura that rival suburban locales and enhance all of our lives.
